Account security is your responsibility. You must keep your username and password confidential at all times. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact bit939 support immediately. We will take reasonable steps to secure your account pending investigation, but we are not liable for losses resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.
bit939 reserves the right to close, suspend or restrict any account at its discretion — with or without prior notice — where there is reasonable suspicion of a terms breach, fraudulent activity, or risk to the platform or other users.
All financial transactions on bit939 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals through the following channels: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit cards, credit cards, and supported mobile wallets.
Deposits: Deposits are processed subject to minimum and maximum limits which may vary by payment method. Deposit funds are credited to your account balance upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. bit939 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. You may only withdraw to a payment method registered in your own name. The minimum withdrawal amount varies by method. Processing times depend on the payment channel selected and may range from near-instant (for mobile wallets) to several business days (for bank transfers).
All transactions are recorded in your account history, which you can access from your account dashboard at any time.
bit939 offers a range of promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers and sports boosts. All promotions are subject to their individual terms, which are stated on the Promotions page. The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:
Bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses, exploiting errors in promotion terms, or systematically low-risk play designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine game exposure — will result in cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of related winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
bit939 reserves the right to withdraw, amend or discontinue any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn, players who have already opted in and met the qualifying conditions will have their bonus honoured.
All casino games on the bit939 platform operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems provided by third-party game studios. Game outcomes are determined independently of bit939 and cannot be influenced by the platform or the player.
Sports betting markets — including cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, football, esports and other sports — are governed by the individual market rules applicable to each sport and event type. In the event of a dispute over a bet settlement, the ruling of bit939 is final unless a clear technical error is demonstrated.
The use of automated betting tools, bots, scripts or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage over the platform is strictly prohibited. Accounts found to be using such tools will be immediately suspended.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bit939 platform. Engaging in any of these will result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities where appropriate:
All content on the bit939 platform — including but not limited to the website design, text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software and trademarks — is owned by or licensed to bit939. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display any content from the platform without prior written permission.
Game content within the platform is the intellectual property of the respective game providers and studios. Access to games through the bit939 platform does not grant you any ownership rights over that content.
bit939 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain uninterrupted access, we do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from security vulnerabilities beyond our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

By registering and using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.
